The Aquadens™ is an automated, in-line bulk density and moisture measurement system for companies processing any dry flowing product; the Reliadens™ provides accurate measurement of bulk density only.

Both units are compact, will retrofit into virtually any existing process line, and can provide data from locations inaccessible to human operators - up to 60m from the controller. They are operator friendly, and simple to calibrate.

The AquaDens™
The AquaDens™ is the first on-line automated, mechanical bulk density and moisture monitoring system for dry flowing products. This unit detects changes as they occur, enabling corrections to be made before problems get out of control. The unit automatically takes a consistent measure of product for analysis - typically as it leaves the extruder.

The data is near real-time, and repeated as often as every minute. Samples are returned to the product stream, so there is no waste. The unit offers snack companies additional process information and control of their extrusion processes, eliminating the inevitable inconsistencies of manual bulk density measurement.

The Reliadens™
The Reliadens™ (Reliable Density) is the first on-line automated
bulk density monitoring system for producers of dry flowing products.

Reliadens consist of 3 modules:

• A compact sampler which mounts on-line

• An amplifier module which contains a patented tare board and signal conditioner

• The controller which mounts remotely for operator convenience
