Entering a New Constant
These instructions are for entering a new
constant in programs used with any units except the C7C (controller) and
S7D6 (signal conditioner).
First, you will need to get the constant from your existing controller.

Turn the
system
ON.
|

2. |
After
system
is
running,
press F6
(RETUR)
|
|
3. |
Press F4
(CALIB)
|
|
4. |
Press F6
(EXIT)
|
|
5. |
Press F3
(CALIB)
|
|
6. |
The
controller
will ask
you for
the
password.
|
|
7. |
While
holding
down the
SHIFT
key type
SIGMA.
|
|
8. |
Release
the
SHIFT
key and
press
the
ENTER
key.
|
|
9. |
Press F2
and the
screen
will
show the
current
constant.
|
|
10. |
WRITE IT
DOWN.
|
|
11. |
Press
the
ENTER
key.
|
|
12. |
Press F6
(RETUR) |
Now remove the
existing
controller,
skipping the
part where you
remove the A/D
board. Now
install the new
sampler.
Now you will
have to enter
the constant
from your old
controller.

steps
1-9
above.

2. |
The
controller
will
display
the
current
constant.
|
|
3. |
Use the
(DEL)
key to
delete
any
unwanted
numbers.

|
4. |
Enter
the
constant
from the
original
controller.
|
|
5. |
After
new
constant
is
entered,
press
ENTER.
|
|
6. |
Press F6
(RETUR).
|
|
7. |
The new
constant
is
entered. |
