To protect and isolate the sampler:

       Loadcell isolation

        1. Remove the 2 bolts under the Loadcell

        2. Remove the cover

        3. Block the plate (which support chafts and bearing) with the 8 bolts

        4. The Loadcell is isolated

       Sampler isolation

        1. Disconnect the loadcell wires in amplifier box

        2. Shut down the Reliadens general air supply

        3. Disconnect the air supply hose under the Reliadens

        4. Remove the bolts around the hood

Disassembling:

       Remove the Loadcell

        1. Unblock the plate (which support chafts and bearing) with the 8 bolts

        2. Remove the 2 last bolts of the Loadcell and put it in a safety place

       Remove the Cup

        1. Place a support under the cup axis to not bend the shaft

        2. Remove the cup pin

        3. Remove the cup

       Disassemble the shafts

        1. Remove all air hose from the shafts

        2. Remove the 2 bolts of the bearing house

        3. Remove the 2 bolts under the Pneuturn       

        4. Place a support under the coupling (part which link shaft and pneuturn) 
 
        5. Remove the pin of the coupling (the big one)
            Warning : The back of the shaft in an aluminium part and is easy to bend 

        6. Remove the coupling from the shaft

Reassemble
