Turn off
power to
the
control
panel.
|

2. |
Disconnect
the
GROUND/
NEUTRAL/
LINE
wires
from the
controller.
|
|
3. |
Loosen
and
remove
the
brackets
that
hold the
controller
in the
enclosure
door.
|
|
4. |
Carefully
pull the
controller
out
through
the
front of
the
door.
|
|
5. |
Remove
the 4
screws
around
the
perimeter
of the
controller.
|
|
6. |
With the
front of
the
controller
lying on
a clean
flat
surface,
GENTLY
pull the
back of
the
controller
off.
NOTE:
The back
will
only
partially
pull
away.

|
7. |
Carefully
remove
the A/D
board
ribbon
cable
from the
main
board.
When the
cable is
lose,
the back
of the
controller
will
separate
more
easily.
The back
IS
still
attached
to the
main
board.
Simply
stand it
up next
to the
rest of
the
unit.
DO NOT
disconnect
any
other
cables.

8. |
From the
back of
the
controller,
remove
the 4
screws
that
hold the
A/D
panel in
place.
|
|
9. |
Remove
the A/D
panel
and
replace
it with
new one.
|
|
10. |
Replace
4 screws
to mount
A/D
panel.
|
|
11. |
BE
SURE TO
CONNECT
NEW A/D
BOARD
RIBBON
CABLE TO
MAIN
BOARD!!!!!
|
|
12. |
Re-assemble
unit.
|
|
13. |
Start
program
and test
for
proper
operation. |
